The team at Gasthof Post will spoil you with regional *Hut Essen*. By reservation only, you can enjoy this traditional *Hut Essen* with groups of 2 to 60 people. We serve a delightful mixed salad, various sauces, bread, fries, and beef, chicken, and pork. Then, a “hat” is placed in the center of the table. A “hat” is a special fondue in the traditional shape of a Tartar hat. A burner heats the surface where you cook the meat. The Tartar hat’s advantage lies in its even heat distribution across the entire surface.

A broth is poured into the juice groove, which is pre-filled with vegetable strips. The flavor from the meat juices makes the soup even tastier. Connoisseurs pour the broth over the meat to enhance the flavor even more.
